Do the glasses come with photochromic lenses?
No, we don’t stock already made Photochromic lenses. However photochromic lenses can be made on request.
Are your glasses are durable for my prescription lenses?
We don’t compromise on the quality of our glasses. However, if you have a high-power lens let us know, so we can recommend suitable options for your lenses.

How long does delivery take?
We offer same and next-day deliveries within Lagos and 3-5 working days delivery to other parts of the country. 7 working days is required for international delivery.
How will know which of the frames will fit me?
Send a recent picture of your face to us via Instagram DM or WhatsApp (09025513455) and we'll advise you on the best frame style for your face.
If my eyeglasses don’t fit after I’ve made a purchase, can I exchange or get a refund?
Yes, for exchanges and refunds please let us know 24-48 hours after delivery. In the case where your glasses don’t fit, we can make an exchange. If your glasses were delivered broken or damaged, a refund can be processed.
Where is your physical store located?
We don’t a physical store. Neen Eyewear is a 100% online eyewear store.
